![]() ![]() Just as i was inserting my card, a grumpy staff member told me. The final insult was when checking out, (amist a fug of cigarette smoke again) was when upon asking, I was directed upstairs to the casino towards the nearest atm in the hotel. They may as well have been in the bathroom, and I spent a good 2 hours waiting for them to quieten down and sleep. ![]() On my first night, we were woken up at around 3 am by the shrieks and shouting from a bawdy couple in the closed off ajoining room next door. Acess to the elevators was directly through the casino, exposing my child to more cigarette smoke and boozy gamblers. Guests smoke freely in the lobby, choking my ten year old to death as we waited to check in. Nor were there any drawers at all in the room, and one teeny tiny wardrobe, big enough to hang 3 shirts, so all our clothes had to stay in the suitcases. ![]() I stayed a the ph Aprill 2011, and was initially dazzled by our 'strip view' room, gloroius bathroom, framed costumes from movies, until the haze cleared and I realized there were no coffee making facilities (being told by staff that there was a starbucks downstairs, involving walking to the elevator, descending 16 floors, walking through the casino and into the mall, not exactly handy). ![]()
